Optimized Design of Floor Plan and Components of Prefabricated Building with Energy-Cost Effect

Optimizing building performance and economic benefits through feedback in design is a hot topic current academic research. However, few studies on prefabricated buildings have been undertaken this field. Meanwhile, the methodology used for achieving optimized solutions still poor. In paper, genetic algorithms correlation analysis are employed two parametric methods—i.e., floor plan generation method component selection method—are proposed modularity of buildings. Taking typical high-rise Tianjin as an example, analyses performed basis methods to enhance depth finding approach. The outcome research demonstrates feasibility numerical approach, which can produce construction set under local conditions. This also reveals that shape coefficient window-to-wall ratio strongly correlated with energy building, help architects pursue schematic process.
